Subscription terms

WorkshopOne is a trading name of True Software Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17460832. References to “WorkshopOne”, “we” or “us” mean True Software Studio Ltd.

Draft for legal review before commercial launch. WorkshopOne includes a 30-day free trial. Paid customers may choose a flexible 30-day rolling subscription, monthly billing subject to a 12-month minimum term, or a 12-month annual prepayment discounted to the price of 11 standard monthly payments.

Billing and cancellation

Fees are charged in advance. A monthly commitment remains payable until its commitment end date. Annual subscriptions are prepaid and renew annually unless cancelled before renewal. Flexible subscriptions renew every 30 days.

Service use

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of customer, vehicle and communications data. Usage allowances and third-party service charges may apply.

Workshop Assist AI

Workshop Assist is a research aid, not licensed manufacturer workshop data or a substitute for a qualified technician’s judgement. AI-generated information may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users must verify safety-critical specifications and procedures against an authoritative source for the exact vehicle before use. A 100% label means a garage user recorded that independent verification; it does not mean an AI model claimed certainty.

Payments

Subscription and customer card payments are processed securely by Stripe. WorkshopOne does not store full card details.
